Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kalpanix Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”) handles information from visitors to crystalwms.in (the “Site”), which markets our Crystal WMS product.

It does not cover the data a Crystal WMS customer keeps in the product itself, such as stock, documents and users. Crystal WMS is installed on-premise, on the customer's own server, and that data is governed by the customer's agreement with us.

Information you give us. The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, the number of stores you run, your ERP and a message. The form does not send anything itself: it opens your own email application with a message addressed to [email protected], and we receive only what you choose to send.

Demo booking. The scheduler on the “Book a demo” page is provided by Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter to book a slot and shares them with us so we can hold the call.

Scope sheet. The scope sheet on the Pricing page works entirely in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent anywhere unless you choose “Email it”, which opens your own email application.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, the servers that host the Site record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the Site running.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site: which pages are visited, for how long, from which kind of device and roughly where in the world. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. It does not give us your name or email address. We don't sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make the Site work: Google Analytics for visit statistics, Calendly for demo booking, our hosting provider, and your own email provider when you use the form or the scope sheet's email option.

We keep enquiry emails and booking details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up business. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our Google Analytics account.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
