One installation, many plants
Plants and warehouses in one system, each user scoped to their own.
Asked before every quote.
Why isn't there a price list?
Because stores differ too much for one to be honest. A single raw material store on Tally and a three-plant group on SAP with weighbridges need different work. A quote built on your scope is the price you will actually pay.
Can we start with one warehouse and a few modules?
Yes. Many plants start with receiving, put-away and inventory in one store, then add production issue, dispatch and counts. Each new flow joins the same stock ledger.
What does our IT team need to provide?
A server on your network for Crystal WMS, Wi-Fi across the store floor, and the handhelds and label printers your team will use. We go through the details on the scoping call.
Do we need new handhelds and printers?
Not necessarily. Crystal WMS runs in the browser on Android handhelds and phones, works with USB and Bluetooth scanners, and prints to ZPL thermal printers such as Zebra and TSC. Bring a list of what you have.
Is the timeline in the quote?
Yes. It depends on your scope, warehouses and integrations, so it is worked out with you and written into the quote.
