Outbound · Packing, load plan & dispatch

From packed to gate out, in one tracked flow.

Dispatch runs as steps: pick, pack, staging, weighing, documents and gate out. Packing assigns items to cartons and pallets, and the load plan lays them on the deck of the chosen vehicle so you know it fits before loading. Weights come from the weighbridge, the delivery challan and e-way bill are produced, the gate pass prints, and stock is deducted only when the vehicle leaves.

  • 03
