Plan a count by zone, aisle or item. Starting it freezes the bins being counted, so nothing moves in or out mid-count, while the rest of the warehouse keeps working. Counters scan the bin and the items; the system compares against stock. Variances outside your tolerance need an audit note before the adjustment posts to ERP.
