The line gets exactly what the BOM asked for.
Production orders explode their bill of materials into a material requisition. Each pick-list line has a bin assigned, and the storekeeper must scan to confirm before the issue can go through. Picked material can be staged as a labelled kit for the line. The issue moves stock out of the store and posts to ERP.
