Store · Bin-level inventory

One stock ledger, and it only ever adds lines.

Every receipt, issue, transfer, dispatch, return, scrap and count adjustment writes a line to one stock ledger. Nothing is edited or deleted; corrections are new entries. Stock is held at bin level with on hand, reserved and available, so the number on screen is the number on the shelf.
  • 01

One answer to "how much do we have, and where?"

  • 02

A history for every movement that cannot be quietly changed.

  • 03

Reserved stock that can't be promised twice.
