Crystal WMS
Why it exists

Built for the stores that keep Indian plants running.

Most plant stores still run on registers, spreadsheets and the memory of a few experienced people. Crystal WMS was built to give those stores what large warehouses take for granted: every bin known, every movement scanned, every number trusted.
The store

The store is where a plant's money sits still.

Raw material waiting to be used, finished goods waiting to ship, spares waiting for a breakdown. When the store can't say what it holds and where, production waits, dispatch slips and accounts close the month on numbers nobody believes.

Crystal WMS starts at the gate and ends at the truck. In between, it follows the way a plant store actually works: receiving against purchase orders, inspection by sampling, issue against bills of materials, dispatch with Indian documents, and an ERP that has to hear about all of it.

Principles

Four rules every screen follows.

They come from watching stores work, and they decide what gets built and how.
  • Scan, don't type

Every movement that can start with a scan does. Typing is where stock errors begin.

  • One ledger, lines only added

Stock is a history of movements, not a number someone overwrites. Corrections are new lines.

  • The floor never waits

If the ERP, the network or a weighbridge is down, the warehouse keeps working and catches up after.

  • Each person, their job

Roles decide what each screen shows. Security doesn't see approvals; storekeepers don't see reports they don't need.
