Crystal WMS
Inbound · Put-away

Every pallet gets the right bin, not the nearest empty one.

For each accepted line, Crystal WMS ranks the bins that can take it. Bins that are inactive, in quarantine, unfit for hazardous goods or short of room are left out. The rest are scored on the same item already there, the same batch, room to spare, distance and oldest stock first, with weights your warehouse sets. The storekeeper scans the bin to confirm.
  • 01

Put-away decisions made by the system, the same way every shift.

  • 02

Same items consolidated, so pickers walk less.

  • 03

A wrong bin is caught at the scan, not at the next count.
