Inbound · Gate, yard & dock

Know which truck is where, before it is unloaded.

Security registers each vehicle at the gate: number, driver, the documents it carries and the security checks your plant asks for. The store team then allocates a yard slot and a dock. Every vehicle moves through one tracked lifecycle, so the yard board shows what is waiting, what is unloading and what has left.
  • 01

Security only records arrivals; the store decides where each vehicle goes.

  • 02

One board for every vehicle in the yard and at the docks.

  • 03

Arrivals linked to the purchase order or delivery notice they bring.
