Stock moves when the scan says it moved.
A bin transfer starts with a scan of the source bin and finishes with a scan of the destination, so stock is never recorded somewhere it isn't. Scan a pallet or box to move everything on it at once. Inter-plant transfers ship stock between warehouses as a stock transfer order and receive it at the other end.
